Oregano, raw garlic or Garden of Life Immune Balance Rapid...if done early onset will turn the cold and you don't get sick. Rapid lozenges are great to carry with you, garlic is great a bedtime so the smell isnt too bad. Any of the three will turn a cold early on.? Thanks for the great interview!

I live with it. 7 to 10 days of symptoms for a normal cold is not too much to bear. Before raw vegan, I would always get secondary infections, sinus, bronchitis, and was given antibiotics. The cycle became? so frequent that I was almost never well. I was told that It was triggered by the environment, pollution so I quit my job, sold my house, and moved to a less polluted area. Didn't really get well till I got on raw vegan, tho. I see now how much cleansing is needed. Fruits and Vegis FTW!
