NO!!!..No you don't! You've been mis-informed,sorry to say. In America there are apartment and houses BOTH that are for rent that are available both furnished and non furnished. Depending on which landlord and/ or situation there may be. Sometimes even when the rental property is furnished and the new tenants have their own furniture, the landlord will opt to clear the existing furniture out. In our daily newspapers Real Estate sections there is a " Rental" section with both a "Furnished" "?

Anna, you need a lawyer, I am sorry to say that. But if it comes down to that, just go to your mom (if you need financial help) and ask her to? recommend a lawyer who would deal with them and advocate for you and you stop all communication with them. As soon as they see a lawyer with your video in his hands and any other evidence you provide, they will realize you mean business and they will stop messing with you.
