I told myself.. I did that fat thing.. now its time to do the? healthy thing. I told everyone I wanted to change. I ate knowing what was in what I ate, stayed away from junk food, and exercised. Actual run, sit up exercise. I want to live long... I better start acting like I do. Eventually good food habits become natural. It will be hard at first, but with in a few weeks and you SEE the difference... that will keep you going! Message me for more dets. on how I did it! :-D

I think all of them had amazing transformations, and I couldn't pick one to say the best because they are all really spectacular. I think it would be pretty cool to know before and after weights, but that is only? if someone wants to share it.

I think all of them are inspiring. But 1.20 and 1.50 are really motivating. I suggest it would be nice if you have caption under the photos describing what is the highest weight and what is the current weight of each one. Also it would? be beneficial to have a little note mentioning what is the method each of them used such as counting calories, low carbs/fats, the atkins,the abs, jenny craig, weight watcher, south beach, the zone etc. I hope my idea helps :)

4:15-4:20 and 6:03-6:08 are very? motivating to me. I really love these vids they help keep me focused and moving on. When you are my size it is hard to imagine being smaller so this helps. THANKS
