Several different people embark on the goal of bodybuilding for several different reasons. Some would like to compete. Now you've got your goal, you will need to budget your time to achieve it. If you aren't already spending several hours a week in the gym, then you are going to need to figure out where you are going to get the time from. If you watch a lot of TV, or play a lot of video games, are you prepared to give up a significant portion of the time spent doing these activities?
Another thing to consider is diet and rest. Without proper diet, and a sufficient amount of rest, you will likely be wasting your time. Make sure you eat the right foods, and get as much sleep per night as possible. If you are getting less than six hours every night, you'll need to make some adjustments.
With just some simple tips to get started, you'll be well on your way to achieving the body of your dreams, for whatever reasons are important to you.
