So Called Easy Turbulence Training Workout

I am always completely shocked when people try to tell me that Turbulence Training is easy for them. They obviously are not doing the workouts right and doing there hardest.

Every single Turbulence Training workout that I do leaves me sweating and feeling tired, tired in a good manor. I also have never finished any Turbulence Training workout and thought that it was easy or ineffective at all.

So if you think that it is to easy, or if you have done the Intermediate TT workout and thought to yourself "no problem", then you must take a look at how I would do it, then ask yourself if you are really training hard enough!

You may not be able to use the same amount of weights that I use, maybe you could add more intensity to your workouts that you do. That's all that is necessary to make your workouts greater for burning fat and pushing it to its full potential.

Lets examine workout A, from the intermediate part of the TT for Fat Loss manual. Warm up - I use this part to get my muscles and body ready to workout. I would get myself to sweat a bit. Now supersets!

1A) DB Split Squat (8 reps): I use a minimum of 60 in not a minimum of 70 pound dumbells for this exercise. It is really tough, there is no other way to say it. 1B) DB Incline Press (8 reps): I like to use 80 - 90 pound dumbells for this exercise. Just by this superset alone my shirt is already drenched.

2A) The Stability Ball Leg Curl (15 reps) - I could do this exercise with no problem, so I would either increase the number of repetitions per set to 25, or I'd do the 1 Leg Stability Ball Leg Curl. 2B) Push ups (15 reps) - I'd increase the reps up to 35 push ups per set, or I would use different variations like a more difficult version such as close-grip push ups, or a decline close-grip push up which is even more difficult.

3A) The Stability Ball Jackknife (10 reps) - I would be increasing the reps up to 20 per set or do 1-Leg Stability Ball Jackknives. 3B) DB Rear-Delt Raise (10 reps) - This is tough, and I would use 15 or 20 pound dumbells for it.

After this quite intense strength training session, I would rest 1-2 minutes and then hop on the treadmill for the intervals.

Interval Workout A: Intervals can not be easy for anyone. For me, I run at top speed on the treadmill which is 12mph, or I'd go outside and run the intervals. A beginner might use something like 3.8mph for walking intervals. No matter what and either way, we would both make it as tough as possible on ourselves for our own personal fitness levels.

The overall point, this workout is tough. And someone who is in better shape then I am would raise the intensity up to their max level. So that they will be boosting their metabolism to its max and be burning fat quickly.

Never let the workout be easy for you, that is the key. By Letting your workout be easy, it wont deliver the fat loss and muscle gain that you are in search for. So push your workout and yourself to the max. Turbulence Training isn't easy, but it works, guaranteed. Any workout that is to easy is not really a workout at all and you are not going to get the full benefits

Smoked Turkey Breast with Collard Greens: Ingredients include: 1.5 pounds collard greens, pound smoked turkey breast, cup chicken broth, minced onion, tsp. red pepper flakes, tsp. minced celery, and tsp. ground black pepper. Place the cut up pieces of collard greens and turkey in a pot. Cover them with water and cook on medium heat, covered, for 20 minutes. Add the onion, celery, red pepper flakes, chicken broth, onion, red pepper flakes, and black pepper, and cook on medium heat for approximately an hour.

2. Peppercorn Honey Mustard Pork Roast: Ingredients include: 1- pound pork loin roast, 1 orange, a 12-oz package of cranberries, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp. honey mustard, 2 tbsp. crushed peppercorns, 1/2 tsp. 1 tsp. minced thyme, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Chop up orange and cranberries. Place in saucepan and blend in honey. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Cool. Place the pork around the roast in a roast cooking pot. Mix the honey mixture and other ingredients in a bowl. Baste the roast and pork with the sauce. Cook at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and baste the meat. Cook for another 20 minutes. Let it sit for about 15 minutes and then serve.

3. Honey Mustard Glazed Turkey: Ingredients include: 5 pound turkey breast , 1/4 cup apricot preserves, 1 tbsp. honey-style mustard. Place turkey breast in roast pan. Bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees. In a bowl, blend the mustard and apricot preserves. Baste the glaze over the turkey breast and cook for another 20 min. Remove and serve.

4. Rib Eye Roast with Gravy, Potatoes, and Mushrooms: 1 tbsp minced rosemary, 2 minced garlic gloves, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, one 4-pound rib eye roast, 4 pounds small potatoes (cut in small portions), 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 pound chopped white mushrooms, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1 can beef broth, and 1 tbsp tomato paste. In a bowl, mix rosemary, garlic, and salt and pepper. Baste the roast. Cook for 40 minutes at 350F (175C). Add potatoes to the roast pan. Cook for another 20 minutes. Put mushrooms in the roast pan, swirl, and cook for another 40 minutes. Mix butter and flour together in a bowl. Remove roast and vegetables from oven. Remove food from the pan. Add beef broth to the pan juices, boil, and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat and mix in flour mixture and tomato paste, and blend. Pour the gravy in a bowl. Slice beef and serve with gravy, potatoes and gravy.

The holidays do not have to be a time of eating unhealthy foods. Careful meal planning and healthy preparation will give your family plenty of wholesome meals to eat over the holidays.

Do I think that bread machine mixes are useful? Yes, some of them are, but the snag with all bread machine mixes is that they place limitations on your choice and do not encourage your creative talents. That may sound odd, but think about it for a while. If you depend on bread machine mixes you can only make the bread for which you can buy a bread machine mix and you can only tip the bread machine mix into the bowl and switch on the bread making machine. You are definitely not likely to alter the bread machine mix for fear that it won't work.

What is the alternative? Well, the old-fashioned cookbook, of course! Not just any old cookbook, but a special bread making machine cookbook. Bread making is a very easy, but rather tedious process. The ingredients are everyday, household items: water, flour, yeast, salt, sugar and oil. You certainly have those items in your cupboard with the possible exception of the yeast, which can be bought almost anywhere at minimal cost.

And you know what happens when you follow a recipe, don't you? You've read the recipe through and you know you have everything in the kitchen, but when the recipe calls for, say, currants, you open the cupboard door and see that you don't have any currants - they were sultanas! Oh, well you think, they'll do. You make do. You experiment. You are developing your skills and creativity. Bread making mixes cannot do that for you.

A good bread making machine recipe book will have something over 100 recipes coming from a number of different countries and you will become really enthusiastic about experimenting with the various ones. Have you ever tasted Welsh bread - Bara Brith? Or English muffin bread? Jalapeno bread or banana bread? Onion bread is lovely too, but one of my all time favourites is Brazil Nut Bread - absolutely delicious.

The fact is that you may not find recipes for all these breads in one cookbook, but if you have a reference point, like a bread recipe cookbook, you can begin by using previously tried and tested gourmet bread recipes and gradually invent your own - oftentimes out of necessity.

I once made a fantastic loaf of bread by adding some of the left-over vegetables from my Sunday dinner. It was lovely, but I could never quite make the same loaf again, because I did not write down the weights and measures of the vegetables. I could only remember that it had green beans, potatoes and sweet corn in it!

Bread machine mixes will never ever provide that, will they? And bread machine mixes are fairly expensive compared to the cost of five kilos of flour. I always vary the ingredients too: honey instead of sugar, milk instead of water, olive oil or butter instead of just corn oil. Rock salt instead of sea salt or visa versa. I'm sure you see what I mean.

Bread machine mixes are not only limited but limiting too. Furthermore a bread making machine is a great way to use up leftovers. I have even put meat and fruit in my gourmet bread. My guiding principle is: if it'll go in a sandwich it'll go in the dough - like an Indian stuffed paratha or stuffed naan bread.

Stop buying bread machine mixes - they are a waste of money. Instead be creative with a bread machine recipes cookbook.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a painful condition that causes one or more of these symptoms within the abdomen; diarrhea, constipation, cramping and bloating.
